Season two is a continuation of the first where she identified and caught the killer after discovering a pattern from a niche, obscure Elizabethan play.

No official release date for season two has been revealed at this time, but Harry Wild is set to return with eight episodes on Acorn TV in 2023.

Speaking about the project, Jane said that she had fallen in love with Harry Wild from the moment she read the script.

Daniel March and Klaus Zimmermann, who are co-executive producing the series alongside Jane, said: 'We are thrilled that the amazing Jane Seymour will be bringing the foul-mouthed, cigarette smoking, whiskey drinking character of Harry Wild to life.'

Besides a decorated acting career spanning over 50 years, Seymour also acts as an ambassador for Childhelp, a non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention, intervention, and treatment of child abuse.

The eternally youthful actress was married and divorced four times.

Her legacy includes four children and two stepchildren. She is also a loving and doting grandmother to three — Rowan, nine, Willa, eight, and Luna, six.
